August 2nd is Pantsu day in Japan, but it’s mostly a pun.
8 is pronounced “pa” and 2 is pronounced “tsu,” It actually originated in 1984 for a serious purpose, to promote the garment industry (specifically pants) by a company named Isokai, and, well, as you can imagine, it kinda went sideways from there.
It's also my cheap excuse to post a long delayed post here and an opportunity to post much needed pantsu catgirls. Please note my specific efforts to exclude the easy out of using Strike Witches and their war against pants..

I swear, in the past months since my last post, I've had at least 9 topics for new posts...except things kept coming up. Just normal things like, my car catching fire, having at least 6 people arrested with regards to my work, finding a dead guy, 3 major appliance die, and other major drama at work. Sorry for my qietudedness (hey, I get to make up words).
Yeah, I'd like to live the NEET Otaku lifestyle, but unfortunately, I'm a overworked, grossly overpaid, under-qualified babysit...er, I mean, I'm a highly trained federal employee in charge of a crack team of employees.
Half of my days lately have been walking a reticent sovereign nation into playing nicely with an equally empowered reticent employee who have both been making things equally difficult on each other, with a simple situation that others in management kept promising to take care of over a year ago.
